Please avoid this Nothing Bundt Cake franchise location. The store itself was fine but as you can see from the photos, the bundt cakes are like half the normal size. They were swimming in the containers and even after the huge dollop of frosting, barely came up to halfway up the container. They were also narrow and shook from side to side since there was so much empty space.Do not recommend this location.

I visited your Downey location for the first time on 6/02/2024 around 4:40 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one, and I wanted to share some feedback in the hope it helps improve customer service moving forward.The customer service representative who assisted me seemed rushed and inattentive. I had to repeat the delivery address twice and clarify that the cake was not for me, but he processed the order before I could finish providing all the details. I also was not asked whether I wanted to include a note with the order, and when I requested to add one, I was told, “I already processed your order.”I felt pressured to rush through my personal information with other customers around, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, I didn’t feel welcomed or valued during the interaction.To make matters worse, the frosting on the delivered cake was not the one I had requested. This was especially disappointing because the cake was for my husband’s birthday.I hope this feedback helps your team take more time with each customer, ensure orders are correct, and create a more welcoming environment—especially for first-time visitors.Thank you for taking the time to read my message.

Placed an order online for a delivery on Mother’s Day and it was canceled minutes before delivery. I simply received a text from Uber asking I contact the store. Attempted to call to store over 5 times and they never picked up.UPDATE: received a refund 7 days later however, they were unable to give me a reason for the last minute cancellation.

Terrible service, delicious cakes, overpriced. I bought 4 dozen cupcakes from them and they forgot to give us a full dozen. One of the boxes was deceiving because it was twice the height (I assumed it was two dozen, it turns out it had the stick on banners.) unfortunately we didn't realize this till after our baby shower begun when I asked if they could deliver the last one since they do deliveries and it's only 5 minutes away. They refused then when I said I would pick it up they weren't ready and I had to miss an additional 20 minutes of my baby shower. Then on top of that they gave us random floavors instead of what we ordered on the initial one. I'll be taking my business else where.

My husband came in on February 14th and purchased a dozen Bundtinis, but unfortunately, we received the wrong order. I called the next day, and the staff didn’t hesitate to make it right. Kylie assisted me over the phone and was incredibly kind and helpful. When I went in to pick up the corrected order, they were extremely busy, but both Kylie and another male employee provided excellent customer service—super sweet and professional. Truly appreciated!
