I ordered the new Pineapple upside down cake. Needless to say the cakes are amazing delicious but for the price I paid to not even half half a slice of pineapple on my cake was very disappointing. Paying almost $8 for a cake that is supposed to be pineapple upside down to have a slice cut into paper thin on my cake was unacceptable. I would’ve taken it back if I knew it was this thin but because I leave the top pineapple part last I had already ate the whole cake. Please do better.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for 1 box of buntinis... After 15 minutes I asked if it was almost done, and the woman at the front told me," wa are busy doing other orders". I understand that they have online orders, but you need to tell the customer when they order that it's going to be a very long time if they want to pick their cake flavors... And if I've been waiting over 15 minutes,Disregarding me is not really good customer service. I wouldn't have ordered what I did if I knew it was gonna take over twenty minutes! But when I checked the bag this time at least I got the correct cakes. I do have to say though, other than the staff issues i never have any problems with any of the cake quality!

Orders can be conveniently placed online. Love the cupcakes icings they use on the cakes rather than cream. Nice selection of cakes and bundtinis (their version of cupcakes) Service was great. Facility was nice and inviting. No complains. A must place to go if you are looking for cakes for special occasions.

I’m sure I’m going to spell her name wrong but Hermelia was great! She spoke to everyone nicely and friendly. Got everyone taken care of fast while also providing great information about the cakes. I didn’t grab the other young ladies name but she came from the back with my cake decorated. She was very nice as well!!

Went to this location because I was in the area. My intention was to get one bundt cake. When I walked in the young lady behind the register greeted us warmly. She was very courteous. Because she was so nice I bought six different cakes instead of one. They are so good. Definitely worth going to.
