Bagels were really good. Dense, with good chew and flavour. Freshly baked and with a good variety. But for me what really set this neighbourhood spot apart was the amazing homemade cream cheeses. Whether a traditional cream cheese flavour or flavours I have never seen anywhere else before, they made for delicious bagel sandwiches. Friendly counter staff

We popped in when strolling around the city and the bagels were amazing. Truly the best bagel I’ve ever had. We especially appreciated the kindness of the staff who insisted on us trying their favorite scallion cream cheese when we ordered our bagels naked. It was just such a special, uniquely NYC moment and made our day. Thank you! 😊

Vacationing in Brooklyn, I had my first NY bagel experience at The Olde Brooklyn Bagel Shop. I ordered dry bagels as I wanted an unvarnished taste of the bagel dough, but the team was so proud of their homemade cream cheese that they brought some over on the house just so we could try it. It was fresh and delicious. That small gesture was reflective of the whole experience.
