Such Spacious and inviting interior design draws you in like a child to a candy shoppe! The architecture as someone who studied it four years in high school was so modern with a classical opulent twist. Paris Baguette is definitely a place to take a date, client, or the children for a special treat. As someone who’s been a baker for the last 6- going on 7 years, i felt joy being here! So much variety and amazing options for any palate, they don’t fall short of savory options. I loved everything I photographed to sample, I would be so proud to work here!

This Paris Baguette branch is my favorite. It’s spacious and has access to the waterfront with a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline. Their pastries are fresh- my favorite is their chocolate wheelbarrow croissant. I ordered the vanilla cream cold brew and felt like it’s too acidic - got a matcha instead. Matcha was tasty but a little sweeter than I would like. Their cold mocha drink is the tastiest though!

The strawberries were fresh and the flavor was light and pleasant, but the cream on top wasn’t evenly spread, which made the cake look a bit sloppy. Tastes fine, but presentation could be better.

I enjoy going to many of your branches. This was my first time at your branch in Hoboken. But I was not satisfied at all. I will not come here again. The attitude of the two ladies working was not good at all. I asked for a berry tart. I asked if they could give me the one in the 3rd row. She insisted on not giving me the dessert I wanted. I only wanted the one in front of it and it was not difficult. And even though we said we would eat at the place, she gave it to us as a package. The place closes at 10 pm. We were there at 9 pm and we only sat for 15 minutes and left. I think they did the package so that we would not sit. There was a bad smell in the place and the food on the floor like this. I do not think I will go there again.

A new spot in Hoboken by the waterfront. The cafe is big with ample space to hang out (work). The staff is friendly albeit a little slow on service. The iced latte could be definitely be better. Also got the almond croissant and the honey Costello cake/bread. Huge selection of pastries (regular Paris Baguette menu).
