Patrick's Café & Bakery Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For Washington residents in search of a unique culinary gem that expertly fuses the comfort of a classic American bakery with the warm, vibrant flavors of the Hawaiian Islands, look no further than Patrick's Café & Bakery. Tucked away in Seattle’s welcoming White Center neighborhood (Southwest Seattle), this establishment is much more than a simple bakery; it’s a full-fledged 'Cafe,' a dedicated 'Caterer,' and a delightful 'Hawaiian restaurant' all under one roof. This distinctive blend creates an experience that has quickly earned it a reputation as a must-visit local spot.
Patrick's is renowned for its dual expertise. On one hand, you have the delicate artistry of the 'Bakery,' producing rave-reviewed, highly-flaky Croissants, buttery Lilikoi Shortbread Cookies, and their unique, beloved Haupia (Coconut) Cinnamon Roll—a standout pastry that whispers "sweet nothings" with a touch of island elegance. On the other hand, the menu transitions seamlessly into a robust offering of authentic 'A Taste of Hawai’i' plates. From the hearty, must-try Loco Moco and the tender Kalua Pork & Cabbage to the savory Kimchi Fried Rice and the comforting Saimin noodle soup, Patrick’s brings genuine island magic to the Puget Sound.
Operating as a true neighborhood hub, the cafe is popular for both a full 'Breakfast' experience and a quick, satisfying 'Lunch,' serving a diverse clientele that includes loyal repeat customers and local community members. The atmosphere is casual, welcoming, and complete with a friendly, hands-on owner who contributes to the positive "Aloha vibes." For Washington locals seeking that perfect morning pastry, a midday fuel-up, or an authentic taste of the 50th state, Patrick's Café & Bakery promises a quality experience that transcends typical cafe fare.
Location and Accessibility
Patrick's Café & Bakery is conveniently located at 10003 15th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98146, USA. This placement in the heart of the White Center/Southwest Seattle area makes it a favorite local haunt, easily accessible to neighbors and a worthy destination for visitors from across the city.
Accessibility is a notable feature for this establishment. The space is intentionally inclusive, offering a Wheelchair accessible entrance, Wheelchair accessible parking lot, and a Wheelchair accessible restroom. This commitment ensures that all members of the Washington community can comfortably visit, dine, and enjoy the offerings.
A significant convenience for Seattle drivers is the availability of both a Free parking lot and Free street parking. This is a highly valued amenity in a city where parking can be a hassle, making it easy for patrons to pop in for a 'Quick visit' or settle down for a longer, relaxing meal. The customer reviews also highlight the pleasant setting, with mentions of a "beautiful outdoor patio" that is often dog-friendly, adding to the relaxed, community-focused appeal of the location. Whether you are grabbing a quick Breakfast Burrito to go or sitting down for a hearty plate of Hamburger Steak, the ease of access at this 15th Ave SW location is a major plus.

What is Worth Choosing
Patrick's Café & Bakery is worth choosing because it delivers a rare and delicious one-two punch of excellence that few other establishments in Washington can match. It is the perfect blend of sweet and savory mastery, rooted in genuine quality and a warm, neighborhood feel.
The core reason to make the trip to this Southwest Seattle gem is the exceptional quality of its core products. The bakery items are not an afterthought; they are the result of serious baking skill. The Croissant is described as "so flaky it could’ve been cast in a dandruff shampoo commercial," while the Haupia Cinnamon Roll is a sophisticated twist on a classic, offering a "smooth, classy" sweetness instead of a simple sugar rush. Even the Spam and eggs breakfast is elevated to "absolute island magic."
Secondly, Patrick's is your dedicated source for authentic, comforting Hawaiian plates, saving you a flight to O'ahu to get a proper Loco Moco or Kalua Pork & Cabbage. This unique culinary niche makes it a celebrated destination. Finally, the service and convenience—praised as having "aloha vibes" and providing critical amenities like a free, accessible parking lot—ensure a visit is both delicious and entirely stress-free. Whether you’re grabbing a box of shortbread to go or settling in for a Hawaiian Style Breakfast, Patrick's Café & Bakery provides a taste of the islands with the best of Pacific Northwest baking.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If Flaky Croissants and Coconut Dreams Had a Baby… It’d Be Born HereIf you’re looking for a hidden gem where flavor and aloha vibes punch you in the taste buds like a joyful luau in your mouth, Patrick’s Café & Bakery is it. Tucked away in White Center like a secret you don’t want to share (but I will because I’m generous like that), this place delivers a breakfast experience that should come with a warning label: “May cause spontaneous happy dancing.”I was visiting a local friend who grew up in the area, and before my flight out, he casually said, “Let’s grab breakfast at this spot I love.” No biggie, right? Wrong. Biggie. This was culinary fireworks before 10 a.m.Let’s talk food:Spam and eggs? Going to be honest this is my first time ... Absolute island magic. Aloha on a plate. The croissant? So flaky it could’ve been cast in a dandruff shampoo commercial. But unlike dandruff, you’ll want every golden shard of it in your mouth. The cinnamon roll with coconut cream topping? I had a moment of silence after the first bite. It’s not your average sugar bomb. It’s smooth, classy, and the coconut’s just whispering sweet nothings into your soul ... And without the diabetic coma that would normally follow. The shortbread cookies? Should be called long-bread cookies because they go the distance. Perfect texture, perfect sweetness, and dangerously snackable.Oh, and the coffee? Worth sitting down, refilling, sipping, chatting, refilling again, and suddenly realizing you're now part of the regulars. We even had half a dozen police officers posted up outside. You know what that means—this place is neighborhood-approved, cop-certified, and delicious enough to double as a peacekeeping mission.Didn’t get to meet Patrick this time, but the legend is clearly alive in the vibe. Next time I’m flying into Seattle, I’m skipping airport coffee and heading straight here, rental car and all, to load up on goodies and bribe my hosts into letting me crash again.Five stars. Zero regrets. Maximum flakes. Mahalo, Patrick’s.
August 01 · Kermit JonesMy partner and I walked to this cute café today while we got our cars worked on. Such a cute location, with a beautiful outdoor patio. We ordered a lumpia bowl w/ loganisa (the owner happened to be there and mentioned it was a secret menu item and we must know about the secret menu) little did he know we read the Google reviews and that's why we knew! Lol! I ordered the biscuits and gravy. We also got two drinks and sat outside. Lots of dogs on the patio. Which we loved!! Our food came out pretty good, boyfriend loved his food. Gave it a 4.5 of 5. My food I give a 3/5. Unfortunately the gravy had a bit of an odd taste to me personally. My boyfriend tried it and didn't mind it. I ended up not eating (ate the eggs) my partner felt bad so he went back inside and got us musubi and a piece of the guava cake. That guava cake was amazing! Solid 10/10. The Musubi was good, would have loved same spicy mayo with it. But that's personally preference! The owner was so friendly to everyone and they had alot of repeat customers, I'd definitely come back again!
May 24 · Maddie F.A delicious taste of home! Every time I go I get something different and every time it’s great. Get the Hawaiian combo platter if you want to try a little (still good sized portions) of all the best traditional Hawaiian foods. Get the Hawaiian breakfast with Portuguese sausage if you just want a solid breakfast. Kimchi fried rice is made to order so you can get it vegetarian! All the cakes and sweets are 🔥
September 12 · AJ FlahertyI’d been wanting to try Patrick’s for a while. I’m so glad I did! The food was so tasty and the environment is so homey. I got the fried rice and it was really good- I usually don’t like Chinese sausage much but in this fried rice it was so tasty. While we were there we got 2 yummy samples (cookie and carrot cake). They have fun puzzles to play with while you wait for your food and eat.The owners and staff are so friendly and positive. It felt like I was sitting in my auntie’s kitchen! We will be back soon for more!
July 26 · Lianna JohnstoneSo good! My first time having a loco moco and it was delicious. The portions were generous and the owner was so friendly, checking in after people had eaten and introducing himself which was an awesome touch. I'll be back!
