Went for the first time a few months ago, the food was good, visited the second time a week later, food was great. The third time, which was last month, I wanted to try their online ordering, it says 5% off first time order, I was happy, ordered from it, but when I picked up the order, the total was a lot more than it showed online, they said the online menu was not updated. I noticed someone did mention the same issue on their reviews months ago , and it still remains the same. To me, it’s deceptive practice, as much as I like their food, I wouldn’t visit as frequent as I wanted to

2nd time ordering from here. 1st experience was jalapeño cheddar bagel with BEC. Ordered online thru door dash so it didn’t allow me to add in the special instructions of salt pep ketchup and mayo. It’s fine it was good. However, maybe it’s a good thing because today I chose the sausage egg and cheese on a roll. I requested the condiments when I came to pick it up. When I went to put the condiments on, I found this small green piece of rubber embedded in the sausage patty. I looked at the rest of the patty and there was nothing else there. So again, it was good that I had to open up the sandwich and place my condiments or else I would have ate the piece of rubber. I still ate the sandwich which was good and I will be back. However, I would investigate my food more carefully before eating it.

I ordered the smoke salmon bagel with scallions cream cheese cashiers recommended. It was so delicious. They have inside seating and out front picnic tables with umbrellas. Very nice brunch spot. 10/10

1 Star – Total Rip-Off and Terrible ServiceThis place has gone completely downhill. First red flag: they've removed pricing from the menu board — wonder why? Probably because they’re charging outrageous amounts for basic orders. I was shocked to be charged $16 for an egg white omelet with a bagel (that wasn't even toasted despite asking), a small coffee, and cream cheese.To make matters worse, the omelet had no veggies at all — just plain egg whites slapped together with zero flavor. And this isn't the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong either; it's a consistent issue.Between the lack of transparency, overpriced food, and careless service, I won’t be coming back. There are much better, more honest places to get a bagel and breakfast nearby. Avoid.
