★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We came for the siopao but couldn’t resist grabbing malasadas, Spanish bread, chocolate cookies, fried banana lumpia, and even croc jibbets! 😋 I had the pork siopao (was secretly hoping for an egg inside 😂) but the pork was sweet and tasty, and the bun was steamed just right. The malasadas though… WOW. Warm, soft, sugary goodness. I tried a few flavors but honestly the plain sugar one stole my heart—it totally reminded me of Leonard’s in Hawaii! The fried banana lumpia was a nice surprise too—not overly sweet, which was perfect after inhaling that malasada.Overall, everything hit the spot. Can’t wait to come back—especially on Saturdays for some arroz caldo!
September 21 · Val Jesus VirgenI've had my eye on this spot since they first opened as I love Filipino pastries and baked goods and knowing I don't have to go all the way to Red Ribbon is nice. When we entered on a Thursday afternoon, we were welcomed by two different female employees. We looked around and they still had a good amount of stock left for their baked goods, hot foods, and other snacks. Inside is definitely dim and very quiet, no music or TV playing to give it any ambiance. The staff seem friendly but also didn't really offer the most welcoming or warm presence that you would typically find in a Filipino establishment. The prices here seem fair and affordable, which was great as we were looking for a snack to hold us over until we had lunch. We ordered a pork siopao, chicken siopao, and an order of their pork shumai. Unfortunately, I don't think the cashier heard my boyfriend as we only got the pork siopao but he was to tired to correct her. She did try to sell us on turon a few times but my boyfriend isn't a fan of turon (I don't know why this is but he is Filipino and just tells me that he isn't a fan of a lot of Filipino desserts). We got in the car to eat our food. Our dogs were with us and were enticed by the smell as well, so that's a good sign as we complimented the smell too. I wish the food was kept just a bit hotter, but that's my minor gripe as I just don't like lukewarm foods. Now I will admit that the shumai is decent, but the sauce that comes with it is the star of the show. It has some spice while having this tangy umami kick that brought out the flavors of not only the shumai but also the siopao. My boyfriend and I were really impressed and tempted to go order more but we will definitely be back to get more of the hot foods and try some of the baked goods.
September 12 · Pearl LeeIf you're looking for siopao, shumai/pork hash, malasadas, and other Filipino delights this is the place to go. they have a wide variety and everything is so delicious. The staff is very nice.
July 03 · Ashley NicoleOmg, this place is all over internet it did not disappoint me ! Love it for the first time trying their goodies. 10/10 Highly recommend to check them out. The cashiers were soooo nice, my total supposed to be 10$ with cent but they said to not worry about the coins, The world are so lucky to have them, very kind and generous people 🥰🙏🏻🫶🏼The place is well decorated and chill too. From now on I would love to go there non stop lol
May 14 · Janet Lita LeleimalefagaIf you’re looking some good Filipino bread- this is the place to go! They sell out pretty quick so come early if you’re looking for something particular. They also offer cakes (special ordered), a few Filipino snacks & Filipino coffee!
