June 06 · Kayze LanzuelaI found this pinoy bakery on google maps and mistakenly thought it was an actual bakery! She does call in advance orders from her home for pick up. My parents ordered Ube Cake with flan, chicken & beef empanadas, and ube de sal which were all delicious! Easy order and pick up process. Very friendly service. Definitely ordering more soon. Thank you!
April 01 · Krista MI found this place on Instagram and everything looked so good. I was almost tempted to order everything, but decided to get what my husband and my mom wanted — suman, kutsinta, and a mango cake for Easter. I also ordered pan de coco and pan de mongo for my Filipino neighbors.Net is the baker/chef. She cooks/bakes out of her home so she only takes pre-orders at least a week in advance. I ordered a few weeks in advance because I wasn’t sure what her workload was going to be for Easter.I was able to text her my order and she confirmed and had everything ready by the time we got to her place in Waxahachie. She brought everything out in two big bags. The suman and the kutsinta was out of this world! I especially like the suman because they were huge and it was perfectly sticky and not too sweet. Kutsinta isn’t my favorite Filipino dessert, but it was still delicious regardless. She provided coconut flakes and cheese on the side. I haven’t had the mango cake yet; we’re waiting for Easter to eat it, but it looks so beautiful, it almost brought a tear to my eye.I would definitely order some more stuff. There are so many more things I want to try. It sucks she’s an hour away from me.
March 31 · Joel and Grace OcampoThe owner was so sweet ! She brought my order out to the car since i had my baby in the back seat . I ordered the Ube Desal and they were baked to perfection ! I also got to try the Hopia, I’m not usually a fan of Hopia but the ones from Pinoy Bread & Better changed my mind . It was so delicious ! It’s so hard finding Filipino pastries around where I live so I’m so thankful for this small business . I will definitely be ordering from here again
April 26 · Caitlyn TiunayanWow, wow, wow! Talk about AMAZING FILIPINO FOOD! Ordered from here for our Christmas party. Have many relatives who are native Filipinos. Everyone was very impressed with the food. The flavor of everything was very delicious. We had Ube bread, Pan de sal, Lumpia (Filipino egg rolls), Bagon, Ube cake, Mango cake, and Turon. The Mango Cake was the biggest hit of the day, and it was a beautiful work of art. Mrs. Azeneth ("Net") is an absolute sweetheart, communicates with you on your order, and you can tell she cooks with love! There's a reason that everyone is leaving 5 star reviews for this food! Disregard the jerk who left a bad review, they didn't even eat the food! They drove almost 2 hours thinking it was some restaurant they were going to (who drives that far without checking?). The website clearly states that it is for catering, and the smallest quantity is one dozen. So that's their fault for not paying attention. If you want some awesome, authentic, and downright good Filipino food, Pinoy bread & better is it!
