Rico Rico Bakery Introduce
Introduction / Overview: The Flavor of Puerto Rico in Central Florida
Rico Rico Bakery, located in Haines City, FL, is far more than just a typical local sweet shop—it is a vibrant cultural and culinary hub for residents across Polk County and Central Florida. This establishment masterfully combines the best of three distinct dining concepts: a traditional bakery (Panadería), a robust breakfast spot, and an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant. This unique blend makes it a must-visit destination for Florida locals seeking everything from fresh, crusty bread to hearty morning meals and savory Latin comfort food.

June 09 · Mechy PeñaI’ve been coming to Rico Rico since 2023, but I not sure if I would be returning. In the business world, sometimes simply saying “my apologies, it was my mistake” is the smartest move. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen here.First, the front end lady (without mentioning names, as they usually do) gave my sandwich to someone else. At that point, I had already waited 20 minutes. Not a big deal—I was willing to wait a little longer. But when I finally received “my order,” it wasn’t even the sandwich I had ordered. In the end, I waited over 45 minutes for a sandwich, without ever hearing a single apology. It seems being polite and professional is not part of their service.
September 05 · Ivan Emanuel OrtizWhat a cute little place. I met my friend there on a Tuesday for a coffee. The bakery was clean and neat. The lady behind the counter was friendly and fast. The food was great and the coffee amazing. The restroom was spotless. I will definitely go again when I'm in town.
