Customers often rave about the savory empanadas, the delicious corn cakes, and a variety of other Colombian snacks. The menu is a comprehensive list of favorites, including meat-filled empanadas, potato fritters, and sweet, fried plantains. For those looking for a full meal, dishes like the bandeja paisa—a generous platter of meat, rice, beans, and plantains—are a popular choice. The bakery also offers a selection of refreshing natural juices, such as mango and lulo, providing the perfect accompaniment to any meal. June 06 · Carrie CTo begin, when I walked in the lady serving the food was scratching in her ear and then when she saw me walk in she immedietly stopped and greeted me. Then I ordered my food and she added 3 things I didnt order. When I confronted her about it she said that I did order those things and they could check the camera. After her accusing me I asked to speak to her manager. They were both so rude and her manager tried to lie and say she heard me order those items when wasnt around when I ordered. The food was so mediocre and the chicken was burnt and dry. Lastly she was very persistant about me leaving a tip when she didnt do anything to deserve one.Very unproffesional service ive lived here for more than 30 years. Ive been to Seba Seba so many times, never again. Tipping culture has gotten completely out of hand, I shouldnt have to tip you for pressing a button on a screen, dont get me wrong Servers and bartenders will always get tipped by me but to give that service than expect a tip is crazy work .
May 12 · edith martinezI just came in at lunch time the ladies in the counter never answer the good afternoon from my part not even busy she was in rush when I was trying to order both of them with such an attitude look like they were having bad day sucks cause “Colombian Place se recata por amabilidad y attention “ and a very call to owner or manager full services restaurant and they denied a restroom for my kids saying that they don’t have one ??? And saw other ppl letting them go ??? This specific location bad service
June 27 · Angela CaceresGiving 3 stars because the food is very good. I love their empanadas, their pandebonos and pandequesos and really everything I’ve tried is very fresh. The bad is that the ladies serving you, in particular the black haired one is plain out rude, which is very unusual for Colombian places and people. For context, I spent over $80 which is a good amount for a bakery and my mother, I and boyfriend were meeting up with my aunt who we hadn’t seen in two years just wanting to have delicious empanadas and hangout. Well this lady, was plain out rude and with an attitude failing to acknowledge you until she felt like it and giving the silent treatment, serving you with reluctance as if you were a beggar instead of a paying customer. It was mind blowing to see how different she behaved with what I assume are regular customers so I’m not sure if it was personal but we did not feel welcomed at all. One example of the many instances she was rude, I asked for small paper plates to split the two desserts and she was reluctant and with an attitude. You’re better off ordering anything to go.
