I stopped by Seize The Bagel in Cascade Park on a Wednesday morning for a simple yet satisfying breakfast—a plain bagel with cream cheese and a fresh-squeezed orange juice. The shop was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was inviting. The staff was friendly and helpful, living up to the welcoming vibe they promise on their website: “Offering delicious, fast, fresh food in a friendly environment!”Despite it being a weekday morning, service was quick, and it seemed like a spot where regulars gather. My bagel was fresh and perfectly toasted, making for a great start to the day. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was a refreshing complement to the meal.Seize The Bagel prides itself on being a bagel bakery and café serving “circular goodness” to Vancouver and the surrounding areas, and they definitely deliver on that promise. If you’re looking for a friendly, local spot for a quick and tasty breakfast, this is a great choice. Once again I'm disappointed. I sk for my bagley to be extra extra extra toasted please I want it crispy and once again I get it ran through once confirmed by employee it wasn't how it was ordered. She did ask if I wanted another one but figured because this happens everything not to except it and thanked her. Just wish once instead if having to take it home and toast it I could have on the spot.The Backes are delicious the spreads are too.

Love seize the bagel! Has been my perfect grab n go bfast spot since moving to the area. Noticed a description change around the egg used for bagel sammies and such that it says its an omelet, not just egg. I made a note on my order, and the team came in clutch and switched to a vegan egg! FYI for my dairy free homies, go for the vegan egg to avoid dairy! TY STB team!

Worst online order experience I have ever had! I understand that at lunch it is busier but I had to stand and stare are my ready order for almost 10 mins! One lady was keeping her head down and wouldn’t acknowledge me, when she finally did she asked me to wait a few more mins. I understand they are busy but she was right next to my order and it would have taken her no time just to hand it to me. Finally her coworker noticed I was still waiting for my order and politely stepped in and grabbed it for me within a min! When I finally got home, I was unhappy with the service but just excited to finally get my order. Until I saw half of my order was wrong! I had ordered The Supreme and only received the bagel with cream cheese….that was a $10.25 sandwich and I got a $5 bagel. Awful experience and will not be going back to this location.

Not sure why I’ve never left a review here. Been coming here for years! Wonderful bagels. Wonderful sweet treats. The staff is always so nice and friendly!! Plenty of seating. An awesome locally owned business
