I first ran into them at a local farmers market where they advertised their parbaked sourdough breads…you just need to finish baking it in your oven at home and you have the most delicious sourdough bread ready to eat in 20-30 mins. The bread comes out crisp & chewy & steamy & fragrant & pillowy, it’s really the best bread I’ve come across. I’ve even recently ordered some of their bread online & had it shipped to my house, and it still came out A++.Sure, lots of places sell sourdough bread, but there’s nothing like finishing off the baking in your own oven to really experience everything that sourdough has to offer!
