Not good. Appalling management that promotes an unhealthy, unclean environment and culture. The product isn't the worst (when there isn't bugs or metal in it), but the management is so poor and disrespectful that it makes every interaction truly laborious. I would absolutely not recommend anyone either working for or patronizing an establishment content with such insanitary practices.
