I told this to the manager and I wish share here as well. It certainly rare to go to an establishment and be able to get service that respectful, streamline and straightforward. I needed a refund for an order I didn’t pick up and the manager efficiently and quickly took care of it. Because they’ve been so helpful I went today to pick up lunch. This place is clean, the ordering process is easy and the workers including the managers are friendly and respectful. 10/10 will be returning.

Very easy to order on the kiosk. Seating available. Great tasting bagels. Well decorated place for a quick meal.

Really good gluten-free bagel sandwich! The place was super busy, but the employees worked quickly to get orders out fast. Great experience!

I ordered from DoorDash in advance to get an early breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious delivered in minutes after they opened.

First and foremost, the service was amazing. I love coming here for bagels because they're so nice and crisp on the outside, while being perfectly chewy on the inside. I've also catered from here as well and can say everyone enjoyed their selection of bagels and creamcheeses
