Seriously time to consider some new staff or training on how to have basic manners or respect.I have been to this location 3 times and every time some part of my order has come out incorrect. After my experience with one guy working today I doubt I will be back. The bagels are good when they finally give you what you order or have it available.

He ordered a few bagels and got his, one of the employees just sat down for their lunch and I'm waiting for my bagels. I'm just confused, I Can't understand how or why they made his order first and why the employee decided now was the time to take a break. Good bagels but uncomfortable service. There was just me and the other customer and I've been waiting for over ten minutes now while he's long gone. Just a weird experience
June 19 · Marie KThis is my favorite bagel place. A little pricier but the portions are pretty huge compared to similarly priced and similarly popular bagel shops. You get, in my opinion, pretty amazing value if you just buy a baker's dozen. I'm a huge fan of their lox bagel sandwich.
