The quality of the coffee is equally celebrated, perfectly complementing the pastries. As one delighted patron noted of the coffee and food, "This was definitely one of the main highlights of our Seattle trip." Whether you are looking for a perfectly laminated croissant to start your day, a quick savory bite for lunch, or a reliable coffee spot, The French Guys provides a consistent and high-quality European experience right here in Washington.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1☕ 🍯 I had a cinnamon honey latte and it was delicious. The special menu states that it's iced but I wanted it hot and they happily obliged. It was really good.🍳 Breakfast Biscuit - this was perfect. The biscuit was flaky and crispy, the egg was fluffy. It was a perfect compliment to the coffee.🥐🍫 Chocolate Croissant- Fresh, crispy and flaky 😊Although there was a line out the door (not surprising now that I've tried the food) they moved quickly and efficiently. The Cafe itself was very cute. I'll definitely be back.
September 01 · shortcake SSStopped at The French Guys when leaving Seattle to have some great pastries for our road trip home - and this was definitely one of the main highlights of our Seattle trip. The pastries were all incredible and I recommend all of them. I’ll be thinking of these pastries for a very long time.
August 25 · Jen RountreeLoved the vibe at The French Guys! The place is gorgeous, the coffee is spot-on, and it has such a lovely atmosphere — perfect for slowing down and enjoying the moment! I just wish they had a few gluten-free treats on the menu - that would be the cherry on top!
August 09 · MacarenaThe pastries here are really good—flaky, fresh, and not too sweet. I came early in the morning and the outdoor seating was perfect. Cool Northwest air, quiet street, and a hot cup of coffee made it a great way to start the day. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.
