Update: I did contact customer service and they offered to replace my order . I appreciate the customer service and swift resolution. The replacement is scheduled for tomorrow and this is a coaching opportunity for the store and employee who assisted. Thank you My cookies were packed all in one box and when I asked for them to be separated as I had purchased for 2 different people this is what my friend opened her birthday cookie box. Very unprofessional and unlike Tiffs Treats. I am not happy and was very embarrassed. Please contact me Tiffs Treats as this is not ok !

You can never go wrong with Tiff’s Treats.My only complaint is that you can’t order individual cookie flavors through the app. You have to get at least 6 or choose the Tiff’s mix selection, which is a bummer because I like a variety and want a little taste of a bunch of cookies

Great cookies! I ordered a dozen cookies for delivery and they came at the beginning of the delivery window under an hour, from a nice lady which was great! I wish you could pick which cookies you got cause I got Tiffs mix and 1/2 dozen double chocolate and I don’t like oatmeal raisin but got that one instead of confetti that I wanted. They were also layered on top of each other instead of separate boxes but I don’t mind that I know some people would. Other than that better price than crumbl and nice packaging would order again

Follow-up review. They did not make it right. On Valentine's Day they said they delivered the cookies when they did not. Then they told my BF that I was difficult because I would not come pick them up. Really? Most locations are really good. This one, not so much.
