I went to Tiff’s Treats to buy some cookies and asked for an extra box, even offering to pay for it. One of the employees was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. The cashier seemed embarrassed by his coworker's behavior and apologized to me, which I appreciated — but the experience was still very upsetting. I won’t be coming back to this store. Customer service should never make a customer feel this way.

Super clean and aesthetically pleasing store front. Parking wasn’t very convenient & there’s not a lot of standing room for the line that formed as we waited for our cookies to be warmed.I like love the gift-wrap for packaging: cut and trendy.Ordered 3 cookies for my boyfriend (he says they’re amazing) & got a pint of ice cream on the side but it (pint) was pricey.Slightly disappointed to see the ice cream was just Bluebell brand & had limited flavor options but overall thoroughly enjoyed my experience enough to give it 4/5 Stars ✨

I heard about this place before visiting Fort Worth, so I made it a point to stop in and try it. It was absolutely worth it. Very good cookies, and a nice variety of them as well. If I ever visit again, I will be sure to return. Great cookies.

Went in for the $1 brownie bar special this weekend. Got one of each flavor, which usually costs $12, for $3. The staff was friendly, facility clean, and brownies are delicious!! Will be visiting again.

Very disappointed with delivery. Delivery window was 1-2 pm. Cookies did not leave store until 2:04 pm. Cookies did not arrive until 2:56 pm, nearly an hour past my delivery window.Prior to this all deliveries have been on time if not ahead of schedule.
