Very rude , "Lucy" supposedly. Doesn't know how to speak and deal with customers. The first time here and will definitely be last even if the food is good.

I will never go in this place again. I took 7 people in my family for breakfast. A man waited on us. Rude and nasty. The girl at the register was just as bad. The worst employees ever. When we finally got our food the order was wrong. Wrong bagels. They were hard and tasteless. Spent a great deal of money to be abused by these nasty employees. Never again.

what an experience!!!!!! i was in town for a wedding and i was looking for a good bagel and breakfast place . Town Bagel is the place to go in Baldwin. They have a variety of cream cheese mixed with veggies, Strawberry, Oreo and you named it,. even it does look busy, the staff always run the line pretty fast. It s must to go place. Also you have to try their Chopped salad, Sooooo delicous!!!!.

Good food but they have to train their employees. Very rude. No greetings, no smile. Stares at you and throws the bag on the countertop. The lady made my breakfast sandwich on the wrong bagel..which i understand. Mistakes happens. But a simple hi with a smile would be nice.

Came back to read the reviews after I stopped coming here due to rude employees. I can see that I am not the only one. It cost you nothing to say hi, thank you and have a nice day. It cost $0. If you can't do something that's supposed to be a common courtesy then you do not need to work at a place with customers. Coming here gave me so much anxiety because I knew I would be greeted with rudeness. I used to order from here all the time. Through uber eats and through their website. They called me one day to tell me that they cannot fulfill my add ons because it cost more. I said okay we'll charge me more because when you order on those 3rd party platforms that they CHOSE to do business with it tells you that you can add things on but the business may charge more. I said okay. However; town bagel said that they cannot charge me more that they would have to cancel my order instead. I told them that it's wild because their uber eats menu is different from their store menu which is why I had to add things on in the first place and that they need to correct it so that it can be the same. He told me that he doesn't know what I am talking about. And that uber eats does not allow them to list everything (which is a lie btw. I order from places all the time where their store menu matches uber eats). So after he did nothing to help me I went on their website and contacted the owner with my concerns and received no response back. You can be making so much more money if you were trained on dealing with customers. Cause at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how good your food is. People are not going to continue to patronize a business who treats their customers like shxt. Especially since yall over charge people anyway. But that's another story for another day.
