- Matcha Cheesecake: For those who appreciate the earthy notes of green tea, the Matcha Cheesecake offers a delightful twist on the classic, infusing the signature light texture with authentic matcha flavor.
- Chocolate Cheesecake: A rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake, providing a slightly more indulgent option while maintaining the signature light and smooth texture.
- Basque Cheesecake: Their take on the European classic, featuring a caramelized top and a creamy, custard-like center with a hint of lemon.
- Cheese Tarts: These offer a different texture experience with a flaky, buttery crust and a rich, tangy cheese mousse filling. Available in original, matcha, and chocolate flavors.
- Madeleines: Beyond cheesecakes, UNCLE TETSU also offers delicate honey madeleines, soft sponge-like cakes with a delicate sweetness.
- Rusk: Made from their cheesecakes, these twice-baked, subtly sweet, and perfectly crisp treats offer a delightful crunch. Flavors include Cheesecake Rusk and Matcha Madeleine Rusk.
UNCLE TETSU stands out for several compelling reasons, making it a must-visit destination for anyone in Massachusetts seeking a distinctive dessert experience.

This delicate texture is a refreshing departure and a key reason for its widespread appeal. Many customers describe it as eating a "cloud."
- Balanced Sweetness: The cheesecakes are known for not being overly sweet, allowing the subtle flavors of cheese and egg to shine through. This makes them appealing to a broader range of palates, including those who prefer less sugary desserts.
- Freshly Baked: A significant highlight is that the cheesecakes are often baked fresh throughout the day. Customers frequently mention the warmth and freshness of their purchases, ensuring a superior taste and texture experience.
- High-Quality Ingredients: The commitment to simple, fresh ingredients contributes to the clean and authentic flavor profile of their products.
- Efficient Take-Out Model: The shop is designed primarily for take-out, which, despite being a small space, ensures a smooth and quick transaction for customers eager to bring their treats home.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We needed a quick cheesecake for a celebration and after eating at a diner close by we were able to find this amazing cheesecake shop in Chinatown. Not only is the setup, logo and staff amazing I’ve never had a cheesecake that tastes like this one! It was very light and flavorful not rich and taxing like most places and not overly sweet thankfully. This place is a hidden gem and may have the best cheesecake I’ve ever had, I gotta try it again to find out lol
June 29 · Indigenous CreationsVery unique place, has precooked cheesecakes. The original flavor was good. It is fluffy and smells like egg and a little bit cheese not too sweet at all, very light. It's a very small shop, no place to sit, only take-out.
February 10 · MahsaA slice of Heaven “This cheesecake is fluffy , moist and just delicious. It’s like cutting into a slice of heaven . I absolutely was not expecting this . But hello Japaneses Cheesecake. This cake with tax was about $16.00 . Parking is difficult but manageable. The service could be better the cashier is not chatty at all. The vibe is friendly and welcoming.
March 24 · Alexandra Honor ArrivillagaTheir cakes come in hot from the oven or chilled, and I got the chilled which was not too sweet and perfect in texture. It was super airy and soft, I could eat a whole cake in one sitting and not even notice. I do believe it is take out only, but they also give you a paper bag to easily carry out.
March 12 · Thuc Nhan TranReally quick pick up, and I absolutely loved their Japanese original cheesecake! It’s very different than the American kind, more like an angel cake texture that’s so fluffy and light, definitely worth trying once!
