What Is Worth Choosing
Choosing Vicky Bakery - Hialeah Park means selecting a deep-rooted Florida tradition combined with the convenience of a modern dining location. The value is found in the reliability of the classic Cuban recipes and the outstanding logistical features of its casino setting, even as the business maintains a focus on high standards in a high-volume environment.
Honoring a Tradition, Despite Challenges: It is important for local users to acknowledge the established legacy of the Vicky Bakery brand, which has been praised across South Florida for its "fantastic" service, "low prices," and catering excellence, with many patrons calling it their preferred service for party trays and custom cakes. However, the unique, high-traffic environment of the casino setting can sometimes lead to isolated service issues. Factual customer feedback has pointed to areas needing improvement at this location, specifically concerning cleanliness, attentiveness, and consistency of food preparation—such as the reported raw bacon and small portion size. For the veteran-owned business to maintain its community trust, such feedback must be viewed as actionable items for this specific branch. The local customer is encouraged to visit with the expectation of the overall brand quality, while holding the establishment accountable to the highest standards of hygiene and service.
Unmatched Convenience and Accessibility: The primary reason to choose this Vicky Bakery location is its exceptional accessibility profile. Situated within a major complex, the guarantee of diverse parking options and full wheelchair accessibility makes visiting easy and stress-free. Most significantly, the operation’s late hours—open until 4 AM on weekends—make it an essential resource for Florida locals needing high-quality Cuban comfort food outside of typical business hours. No other local bakery can consistently deliver an authentic Cuban Sandwich Mini or a hot Double Colada at 3 AM.
The Staples of Cuban Cuisine: Ultimately, the core offering—the food—is what keeps the tradition alive. The menu’s depth, from a simple, perfectly flaky Pastelito to a hearty Vicky Club Sandwich, ensures that every craving is met with authenticity. The coffee, described as a "ritual," is a consistently strong element of the brand. Choosing Vicky Bakery - Hialeah Park is an embrace of a Florida family legacy and the vibrant culture it represents, making it an essential destination for breakfast, lunch, or a late-night taste of Cuba.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is the worst business idea that Hialeah Casino ever did, to have Vicky’s Bakery as there new food restaurant. I went today to order my food, and they have a sick employee coughing all over the place, literally coughing into her hands, no gloves and serving coffee & pastry without washing hands. Also in order breakfast, I said bacon well done, and they give me raw bacon, and placing a order was difficult as well, I must’ve repeated myself more than three times, cause the cashier is more interested in paying attention to her co-worker gossiping about someone, than paying attention to me when I’m placing my order. The food restaurant that was here before had better staff, and better food, never had an issue before. I will no longer eat here! I will be reaching out to the department of health due to the sick employee coughing. Unsanitary & unprofessional.
September 15 · Juan ColonHorrible experience I’m an adult being served a kids portion meal. Will not be back!
August 22 · Luis SantiagoKind of an awkward location. Parking is not convenient
September 04 · C MEDUSAThe cashier service is excellent. The only downside is the cook, who is so stingy, it's as if he's serving the dishes for free. I ordered bread with suckling pig, and they only served these tiny bits of meat. It was truly an insult to the price of the dish, so much so that I didn't even eat it because I was so disappointed. I went back another time because I thought it would be someone else serving, but from what I can see, everyone preparing the food is cheap.
August 22 · Ashanti DevereauxCafe con leche is good, perfect, but come on. I ordered bread with suckling pig. ???? The bread is harder than a brick, and the suckling pig meat is salad and grass. Please, I pay for something decent. But anyway, I lose money. But you lose a customer. Oh, if there's no bread, don't sell sandwiches with anything. Yeah, if you don't know how to make it, don't sell it. Thank you.
