★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Came in this morning to grab a couple fresh donuts. The place was completely silent and I wasn’t helped for an awkward amount of time. Finally the lady comes out and said “how many do you want” no greeting or anything. I ordered a traditional glazed and another specialty donut. The traditional glazed was still raw in the inside not warm not hot just raw. Picture attached. The other donut was mediocre. Called in a few different times and never got an answer. This place has gone downhill.
January 24 · Eliot CVery yummy donuts! Huge selection for kids and adults, including donut holes! Staff has always been nice whether it's early morning (was there when they opened) or later at night (was there after 9 pm). Good prices! Atmosphere is a donut shop and there are no tables to sit and eat.
November 30 · opaque inkI’m writing to bring a serious issue to your attention. I recently visited your store and purchased a strawberry cheesecake donut for my son. Unfortunately, after we got home, he took a bite and immediately commented that it tasted strange “like grass.” Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the donut had visible green mold specs on the toppings, and it smelled off as well. This was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially because my child consumed part of the donut before we realized the issue. While I understand that oversights can happen, I wanted to make sure you're aware so steps can be taken to prevent this from happening to anyone else.I want to document this as well in case my son or I become sick.
August 24 · Christina LeeWent in shortly after they opened. The glass case had smears and streaks on it like it hadn't been cleaned in a bit. The bathroom trash can was full and no TP in the bathroom. My wife asked the lady working who responded that they didn't have any TP. In my experience trash is taken out at closing and cases/equipment are cleaned at the end of the day. It didn't leave a good impression these things were left dirty. Donuts were OK but nothing too special.
August 24 · christopher mckinleyLove the vibe of this place! Very cutesy and the perfect atmosphere for a sweet place. We got a couple gourmet, the cookie monster was super good and not overly sweet despite appearances, the Elvis was amazing with bacon and banana and peanut butter, the PB&J was lacking a bit but the rest definitely make up for it. The amount of choices was insane! We have to go back to try some more now cause it was so hard to choose.
