★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Quaint little bakery out of your neighborhood garage. Posh decor but homely and comfortable. I ordered the burrito, which was a nice contrast to the flavorless morsels I had before, and the salsa was full of flavor. Excited to see the menu and other items for order.
September 28 · David DingDelicious!! I ordered two salted caramel scones and they were amazing-perfect amount of sweet and a hint of salt, buttery…so glad I ordered two! Staff is so pleasant and the atmosphere is cozy and cool. The baked goods all look so good, and there’s a good amount of savory and prepared food options, too. I will absolutely be back to try other items. :)
November 17 · AndiAprilla does amazing work! The breakfast and dinner burritos are delicious (especially with the house made green hot sauce). My wife and I have tried a bunch of different pastries, and they’ve all been spectacular. To top it off Aprilla and her employees are all super sweet and friendly. Waterville is so lucky to have a place like this!
May 19 · Matthew FlyntzI really don't know where to start, the hand pressed tortillas for the life changing, almost spiritual experience, abuela-esque breakfast burritos are so good we drive from milliknocket for them when the place is open. Wish they had a few tables. Best breakfast in Waterville by far. Can't wait to try more stuff!
June 03 · Max ColbI stopped here yesterday on a whim while driving by to pick up a FB marketplace purchase. I'm sooo glad I did! The folks here are super friendly and their products are yummy! I don't eat many sweets so I didn't sample any of those, but I ordered a southwest style soup that was so flavorful, perfectly spiced, and really thick and hearty. Absolutely delicious and authentic southwest flavors, which makes sense as the owner shared with me that she is originally from TX. :) I also bought a jar of their scratch hotsauce and it blew my socks off. Many layers of flavors from roasting the chilis, etc. Perfectly balanced. Yum! I'll be back for sure!
