I had a hard day and needed a pick me up, so I decided to go get a cinnamon roll. It was exactly what I wanted, the pastry was hand rolled, dripping with cinnamon, sugar and butter. You could see each individual layer, simply baked with love! It was huge, well worth every penny, and I enjoyed every bite. The owner was in the kitchen and I asked if he would come over to meet me, he did and I complemented him on his food and the time and passion he put into each roll. We laughed and talked for a while. I told him that I drive past several locations just to specifically come to his because of the consistency of his products. He thanked me, I thanked him and my day was a little brighter!

The Coubtry Club Plaza has to be the best Auntie Anne's location in the Kansas City area. I have been frequenting this location for almost a year now. Store management is excellent and so are all the staff I've interacted with.At the height of my patronage I visited at least four days per week. I was encouraged to call prior to leaving work to purchase my pretzels so they could bake them fresh. The manager and supervisor remembered my face and my order, every time!My pretzels have always been warm, golden brown, and buttery, as was the one I purchased today. This location's interior is always spotless and well staffed. It is conveniently located on the main strip of the Plaza. Auntie Anne's pretzels definitely taste far better than any other pretzel company I've tried!

Woman behind the desk was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. Food was very fresh taste great and was ready to go quickly. I was picking up an Uber eats order and stuff looks so good I decided to get myself something I didn’t even know that they gave a 15% discount to delivery drivers. Even better is I didn’t have to ask for discount she automatically gave it to me. Highly recommended great experience.

Don't bother. Apparently they only make 12 cinnamon rolls per hour with no exceptions, even during the holidays. We were a group of 11 and they only had 2 rolls. No apologies, the guy just said "it's our policy and we usually don't run out." We were shopping so he could have offered to make more, but didn't. Very poor service.

Such a happy environment. The employees are super friendly and welcoming. It smells SO good I'm there, and it's super clean. The establishment is actually pretty new, opened in February 2019, according to the lady at the register. Grab a pretzel and enjoy a stroll around the beautiful Plaza. (The cinnamon bites and the almond pretzel are my favorite.)
