One star – Extremely disappointed this time.I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time — we always get our bagels from this place. But today was a whole different story. The guy in the red shirt (staff) was rude, clearly in a bad mood, and made the whole experience super uncomfortable. No smile, no basic courtesy, just attitude. Honestly, I don’t come here to deal with someone else’s bad day. Totally unprofessional. I won’t be coming back after this.

My favorite bagel shop on Long Island. I am addicted to their egg and cheese on a bagel. And their coffee is so good too. The staff are very friendly and are the most efficient of any bagel place. I love coming here because I know it’s always going to be good, and the staff is always going to be friendly. It’s like coming home.

Interesting way to rate this place but the food is great. Service is horrible. Still order breakfast from here but if they get the order right it is a bonus. Order bacon and eggs every weekend. Usually get it wrong. Today was egg whites and cheese on a croissant.

Their everything bagel has caraway seeds and sunflower seeds. Interesting choice and gives the everything bagels a distinct and unique flavor. They should promote some kind of sanwhich that takes advantage of the unique caraway flavor.

Excellent crunch (everything bagel with bacon and scrambled hard egg). Very pleased and friendly, quick experience. $6.40 total
