This is a baker without a bakery who knows how to bake. What's most intriguing are Chris' flavor combinations, which are always bright and beautiful. Tres leche w/ local poached fruit, and the coconut rice pudding are my two favorites. But the menu is vast for a one-person team, with the maiz-based cookies as a favorite of my wife, among many others I know. A++.
