Pretzels are good, especially the Pretzel Hot Sausage, and the Pretzel Dog. I will say Bernie's is as good as Philly Pretzel Factory, but not as good as the Amish Pretzel stores. Bernie's is worth it, if you're in the area, and you want a tasty pretzel.

Best pretzels ever.I've been a fan of Bernie's Pretzels since they were in the Bazaar! They've always been the best. I was worried with them having new owners that they wouldn't taste the same but I'm very happy to report they are the same and sell the same delicious water ice!!!I've moved to Chester County and only get to have Bernie's every once in a while when I come visit family. I hope you guys expand to Chester County please.

Product is good , staff seems over welled, young people first job kind of thing. The phone rings the whole operation comes to a halt. Wet floors sign in the middle of the available customer was an unnecessary obstacle compounding the bottleneck.
