This area of Brooklyn is in between Bed-Stuy / Bushwick and feels a little raw. But the bakery itself is a very clean and spacious cafe. The parking lot is convenient if you drive 🚙 Inside, there is a large array of baked goods and pastries. I went for the croissants 🥐 and tried the Epinard Bechamel (spinach cheese) croissant. First bite was incredible. Hot and flaky and buttery. It was perfection from first to last bite. Paired with iced coffee 👌🏼 The owner is from France and she said there’s a lot of French people who visit and said the croissants are amazing. Oui, Oui, I agree! Absolutely incredible croissants here 👍🏼 Also BIPOC-Owned & Female-owned 💪🏼 If this bakery was in SoHo, there would be a line wrapped around the block. Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
