This location is rundown a bit and the service is not great, but the donut holes are the best and the sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwiches on croissant are pretty good. We have always enjoyed Bosa. I recommend going earlier in the day when things are fresher vs late night to avoid staleness creeping in. The Thai Boba tea is light, not too sweet and refreshing.

This place is awesome the greatest boba in town for the past months, until “Melanie” took my order, she was ignorant, she must be new. Underserved me boba, not once smiled. If I’m buying boba it’s cause I need it, I don’t go there to see you. Picture shown how much boba she served me. I’ll be back when better customer service.

Absolutely loved the amazing vibes this new location gives! You feel them right as you enter the store and see the FULLY STOCKED choices of doughnuts to choose from! All of them looking so yummy of course! I stuck to My usual and ordered Thai iced tea with boba, and the gentleman at the counter was so gracious to give us a sample of their iced Vietnamese iced coffee (which was absolutely delicious)!! The store was super clean, staff was Amazing and tentative! I'm just sad I live on the other side of town but It's worth the trip wherever you may be coming from because it's just that awesome!!
