★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I always like to try a new spot more than once which I did here.My first visit was on a Saturday and the staff is SUPER friendly and welcoming. My first look around at the dining area is that it needs a fresh coat of paint, some deep cleaning and some updated seating. The floors could use a good polishing because it comes off a bit overlooked.I ordered 3 BEC bagels and a cannoli because they advertise that they are homemade. Everything was so good. The bagels were toasted, soft, a good chew and just very tasty. (Jalapeño, everything and egg)The cannoli was made to order and it was good. I have had better but I thought it was decent for a bagel joint.I was so excited to find a bagel spot close by.Next visit was the next day and we ordered the same thing but this time tried a Philly cheesesteak as suggested by the woman at the counter.Once again staff was very nice and friendly. The Philly cheesesteak had a great taste and full of flavor. The 2 BEC bagels were not toasted as asked and the portion was half of what we had received the previous day. I was given the wrong flavor bagel and it just didn’t have the same effort from the day before. The cannoli this time around tasted stale and the filling had no chocolate chips and it was a bit disappointing overall. My suggestion would be to work on cleanliness, consistency and making sure orders are made as the client asks because in this day and age and the way things are so expensive it could make a world of difference.
September 19 · G HI can’t really be wowed with this place. I ordered two bagels with CC & fresh sliced salmon. One Egg bagel (didn’t have @ 11:45) opted for plain, one everything bagel both toasted & both scooped out/gutted. Neither bagel was scooped out, neither bagel was toasted, one ended up with onions not the end of the world but somehow I ended up with a third bagel. Got the chips, coffee, small salads etc, you get it. When I was handed the bag it was covered in CC so I had to wipe off the globs. Now for $38 & change I’m figuring $19 a bagel ok that’s high. No receipt so not sure what I actually paid for, that’s my bad. I just wanted to enjoy a good bagel, that’s it. Breaking it down, neither bagel was correct, neither bagel had more than a slice or so of salmon, the packed bag was jam packed & covered in CC, the side salads were warm at best, covered in butter or some oil the coffee was just below nice & hot, got a third bagel & thinking that I got the wrong order or something. Two bagels with CC & salmon is a strange coincidence so I think someone is missing a mystery bagel which I tossed out. Looked like a garlic or onion bagel the topping was not interesting enough to look or try. The place was very busy with table customers, people coming & going & whatever food delivery service it was. Plenty of staff, wait was not an issue, they look to have their stuff together but for me, it was just not worth the new try & just go back to my normal routine of establishments. If they got everything right it’s still a problem with the $19 price based on what I ordered & received, again no receipt so not sure just paid, left, realized all this & figure somebody needs to know. Lady who took my order was not the one I paid and lady who handed me the bag was a different person so out of the 5-6 ladies in back no I didn’t get names, didn’t think I would need to. Do better, be neat & organized, don’t wrap bagels in CC, put it on the bagel. If you are charging for salmon then put a full piece on not a pound of CC. Most importantly if you’re going to repeat back to me what my order is then get it right. Simple 2 bagels, toasted, gutted, toppings I asked & paid for etc. No need to go back, just figured I would try a different place I guess that was my mistake. Should not open up the bagel and it looks like it’s been through the TSA before making its way to the bag properly. If someone is missing a bagel from this day, yeah it’s in the garbage. From the looks of things this place is probably good for most but not me. One last thing, if you are going to cut the bagel in half, don’t score it, just cut it all the way. Forks were provided.
July 12 · Andrew PalankerDelish bagels. The veggie cream cheese has fresh veggies in it that crunch in your mouth! 10 out of 10. Coffee is huge and refillable.
June 24 · Kendra AllegraBeen here 3 times for bagels, first was a good bagel, service not so good. This past weekend I ordered 2 bagels with specialty cream cheese. The order came to $11! There are no prices on the board in the restaurant. When I went home I did find a menu picture on this site and it had bagel with spec cream cheese $3.60. That would have been $8 including tax. I was even a fool to leave a dollar tip. It seems pricing is arbitrary. Not going back. This was Whiteville Rd. Store.
July 28 · michael bellero08/19/2025: Two toasted bagels with cream cheese-excellent! Their coffee is also consistently good. I have purchased bagels & coffee here previously and was never disappointed.
