The place looks very clean and organized. Prices are a bit high, but worth it if food and service are good. However, I was given the wrong item, and the staff member put it back in the display case after I returned it — without knowing if I had touched or tasted it! That’s a serious hygiene concern. False advertisement to the max. I ordered the holiday bliss platter based on the photo they advertise and i go something completly different. See picture. Their excuse is that the picture is of 50 pieces and i ordered 25. I said well if you would have told me that the 25 piece is not what is on the picture then i would have ordered the 50. I paid $32.99 for this piece of crap platter. Waste of money. Never ordering from there again. Look below at the picture i ordered from and what i got.

Great place for a pit stop when looking to grab something for you, your office or any event. I wanted to take this moment to share my thoughts and experience even though I never give reviews on places. Starting with that management is exceptional, very attentive to the customers and willing to go above and beyond. Place is always beautifully decorated for the season, the caffe con leche oscurito con azúcar is the bomb! Everyone is so nice and I love the reward system in place. It gets crazy when a lot of ppl come in but you ladies don’t lose your touch and food is always amazing. Thank you!!💛 Yari

Coffee was prepared fresh and tastes great! Customer service was excellent and the place is clean. They also have lots of pastries 🥮 to choose from! Highly recommended!
