I was so excited to visit Carlo’s. The Bakery case were clean and the treats were beautiful. Unfortunately the cream puff had a strange flavor added to the cream. The napoleon wasn’t flaky but so hard we couldn’t cut it. The eclair are not filled completely. Overall for the money it was a total disappointment for our entire party.

Was so excited to try this place since I was younger. The place it's self is clean, staff is friendly and display case is beautiful. The problem? The cake is literally prepackaged crap you can get at any grocery store. Imagine waiting in line for 20 minutes for a prepacked cake. Wanted the real experience not something so mass produced. Guess that's what happens when you go "viral" super disappointed

Incredible sweets. There are so many options. Line moved fairly quickly. We were probably there 20 min, start to finish. Everyone should find something to satisfy their craving. Savory deep dish pizza as well as breakfast sandwiches. Multiple drinks to choose from as well as the seasonal pumpkin spice latte! I enjoyed the Tres leches!
