Cinnaholic Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For Texans in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex who cherish sweet treats but adhere to a plant-based diet, or for anyone simply seeking a decadent and customizable dessert experience, Cinnaholic offers a compelling option. Located conveniently in the Addison area of Dallas, this establishment is far more than a typical local bakery; it is a specialty dessert shop and a dedicated vegan restaurant. Cinnaholic’s core mission revolves around the gourmet cinnamon roll, but with an exciting twist: every item on their menu is 100% plant-based, making it entirely free of dairy, lactose, eggs, and cholesterol. This commitment to vegan baking positions it as a unique and essential resource for the growing community of Texans with dietary restrictions or ethical preferences.
Cinnaholic distinguishes itself not just through its dedication to vegan ingredients but through an incredible level of customization. Customers are invited to design their own cinnamon roll masterpieces, selecting from over 20 unique frosting flavors and a wide variety of fresh, indulgent toppings. This level of personalized service elevates the simple cinnamon roll into a truly gourmet and individualized dessert. Beyond the signature rolls, the bakery offers a range of other tempting vegan goods, ensuring a satisfying option for every sweet tooth.
While the business strives for perfection—a fact reinforced by their wide appeal and franchise success—it’s important for local users to set proper expectations. Customer experiences can occasionally be mixed, as noted in public reviews concerning product freshness or service delivery. One review pointed to a "dry, pretty hard" roll with "flavorless" cinnamon, and another mentioned a lack of greeting and "sloppily" presented toppings. However, the store is praised for being "extremely cute" and "very clean," and the product display showcases the high standards they aim for. New visitors should use the extensive customization options as an opportunity to ensure their order is made fresh and exactly to their liking, perhaps by trying a signature roll like the Cookie Monster or the Texas-inspired Pecan Praline Roll, which are often highly praised.
In essence, Cinnaholic is a Dallas dessert destination built on a foundation of ethical, plant-based indulgence and a commitment to variety. It serves as a vital spot for the vegan community and a fun, creative detour for any Texan looking for a truly unique sugary creation in the 75254 area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The place was empty. Picked up an old fashion cinnamon roll. It was dry, pretty hard and flavorless. The frosting was straight up melting and was just poured on the roll. Hardly any cinnamon flavor. Ruined the tastebuds completely and waste of money.
June 04 · Priya KumarI’ve lived in Addison for the last couple of years and have been dying to try out this place. The first impression was that the place was extremely cute, very clean and they had a display of what all of the cinnamon rolls should look like. When we walked in we were not greeted, the person behind the counter looked like she was finishing up another order. When she came over to take the order she kinda passive, I greeted her and she spoke. My daughter ordered the cinnamon roll that was frosted and had chocolate covered strawberries on top but I guess that was not what they wanted her to have. When we open the box, the toppings were sloppily flung into the cinnamon bun in the box. Please see below picture from the display vs what we got. Had she expressed that they did not have whole strawberries that would have been one things but they just took it one themselves to do whatever they wanted.
June 29 · Toya WigginsOld skool and very berry were so good! There was a lot of icing and I loved how the rolls were both warm. The store was clean, service was good, and I would definitely recommend!!
August 07 · Lana YangNot to be rude, but it looks like melted cheese and does not taste good. Ordered a regular and a churro one but got both regular for some reason. People working were pretty rude too. Don’t even want to go back for a refund lol.
