★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1AVOID!! Went with my mom n wife, n service was horrible! Food was not good, they had chef Mike back there. I got "aji de lengua" had old spots or burnt pieces on it. Waitress just threw stuff on table. I got d bill n saw the 15% tip already added, then I understood d service. I know not many places that serve this food, so hard choice.
November 19 · Belikebilly PThe food is good. The Salteñas taste just like Bolivian authentic Salteñas. They have the raisins and olives that not many restaurants include in their Salteñas in most Bolivian restaurants here in the DMV. The chicken has its own flavor soup and so does the beef. Most salteñas I noticed beef and chicken use the same soup on their Salteñas. Feels like I'm eating the same salteña, just with chicken or beef.
July 05 · Alexander Morales⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 StarDate of Visit: June 30, 2025I spent over $57 at this restaurant, and the lack of basic courtesy and customer service was disappointing. After ordering a full entrée that included steak and rice, I politely asked for a second plastic fork — not an unreasonable request considering the type of meal and the amount spent.Instead, I was told, without tact or flexibility, that the policy is “one utensil per plate.” I was then handed a spoon — an impractical choice for the meal I had just purchased. What made the experience more unsettling was the demeanor of the staff member at the front counter. She looked me up and down and delivered her response with a visible attitude and dismissiveness. It wasn’t simply about following policy — it was about how that policy was communicated, and how I, as a paying customer, was regarded. This situation isn’t about a fork. It’s about professionalism, respect, and common sense. If a customer spends nearly $60 in your establishment, the bare minimum expectation is to be treated with dignity and flexibility, especially when the request is as small and reasonable as an extra plastic utensil. There are many restaurants where customer service still matters — and I would encourage anyone who values respectful treatment and thoughtful service to take their business there instead.
July 02 · Lexie CamacuariCinthia's is tucked away in an unassuming strip mall on Columbia Pike. I drive by it all the time and tell myself I need to check out every bakery in my community. Finally, my husband and I stopped by a couple weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised to find this is much more than a bakery. This is legit local hispanic food to include baked goods. I admit I had to get out my phone to translate some of the menu items, but I quickly found a steak dish I was interested in and tres leches for dessert. The food portions are very generous. Even the tres leches was a generous serving for two. The staff were really friendly and it seemed like a family atmosphere in the community. I'm glad we finally stopped by and we plan to return soon. Thank you! :-)
April 16 · Amanda TurcotteThe breakfast pastries and coffee are freshly prepared and tasted delicious. The staff provides a clean and friendly atmosphere and has great customer service.
