Fantastic variety of meal choices and while this place gets busy, there's never a long wait! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The owners pay a living wage and it really makes a difference! It's not just bagels so if you're hungry and looking for something delicious, stop by... you won't be disappointed! Support your local business!

A little pricey, $16 just for a sandwich alone. It tasted good but a little dry, could used a sauce and some toppings especially for the cost. The drink was pretty good and decent price, got the seasonal cookie butter chai latte. Might not return again, but probably will to try some of the baked goods, they do have vegetarian options as well.

Pine Tree location: The worst, raw, cold hash brown and the bagel was so pale that it was still white. The staff seemed on the condescending side but I always give the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an off day for any given staff member in food service. But, for the quality of this food, the staff’s attitude, there were too many factors for how our, and only our food looked. The kind older woman that took my coffee order was awesome. A hazelnut latte, and it was great. I was on a trip last week 3/14/25 to visit my daughter in college there. And for 3 years have loved CTB and will try it again. But please, do better for every single customer. We all pay the same money, we should all get the same treatment and food. Not seeing multiple tables of food around us with beautifully toasted bagels and golden crispy looking hash browns. While we ate cold mashed potatoes and bagel dough.

CTB has consistently mediocre food but they have a wide selection and great service. I have been unimpressed with the portioning in their salads/bowls before (there is often way too much lettuce/grain base for the amount of toppings) but tried the build your own option today and was particularly disappointed by the amount of chicken. I know prices are going up but $3 for 1 ounce of chicken seems a bit extreme to me.

Bagels were really great. Very fresh and very filling in both the breakfast sandwich and the lox.I don't think I would get the matcha again; should have just stuck to a coffee or latte.
