I visited Concord Teacakes for the first time last week. I love that I was able to conveniently order online in advance.I ordered Italian Anise cookies, red velvet cupcakes, whoopie pies, bread loaves, bagels, muffins and a half moon cookie for a family gathering. Everyone enjoyed the treats and we loved how moist & fresh everything was! No dry cakes here!The Anise cookies are my favorite! So soft and tender with a well balanced flavor! The café au lait was hot & made exactly how I ordered it. It was the perfect afternoon treat!The shop is well organized with some really pretty touches. I was served quickly and with a smile.I can't wait to visit again and stock up on Anise cookies. I also want to try the chocolate croissants! I live in Leominster, it's totally worth the drive over to Concord!

We ordered a cake from Concord Teacakes for my mom’s surprise 70th birthday party, and it was absolutely perfect! Not only was it beautifully decorated and matched the style of the event, but it was also incredibly delicious – everyone raved about it. The team was so kind and easy to work with throughout the process. We could not have been happier and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a cake that’s as tasty as it is stunning!

I ordered my Mom's 80th birthday cake on 04/08/25. I've ordered many cakes there before and knew we were getting the best dessert. It was a bit difficult getting them on the phone, no one answered, none of the telephone numbers either worked and /or they didn't return messages. Email addresses listed on their website did not work as well. But with persistence I finally got through to a person. The cake was magnificent! I ordered the chocolate ganache, raspberry filling w/spring flowers. The cake was gorgeous! So many bright spring colors and the guests loved the look. The cake was so fresh, professionally decorated and delicious. I would have given CTC's 5 stars if I hadn't had such a hard time contacting them. They need to update their websites with correct contact info. Thank you!

I’ve been a long-term customer at Concord Teacakes and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the level of improvement that’s come about with the new management! I’m always very happy with the food, I’ve had an array of their desserts and I keep coming back for more (especially those lemon bars)! The cake decorators are also incredibly talented, they produce high quality cakes.I love the atmosphere, especially the adorable window decor, and I’ve always experienced great service. On the rare occasion there’s been a mistake, they’re always happy to make it right. I’ve even had the pleasure of speaking to the owners and they’re both such kindhearted professionals.I cannot recommend Concord Teacakes enough!

Concord Teacakes is an absolute treasure to the community. I LOVE their mint brownies and have been coming here since I was a child. The staff is always so friendly with me and the fresh flowers on the tables are beautiful. They have my favorite sweet treats and great foods for lunch and dinner. The news owners have made positive and thoughtful. Its great to support a local women owned business.
