Very inconsistent experience (It seems to be the employees). Sometimes the cookie quality is good and they package it really nicely in a box.Other times they put them in a greasy sleeve and just hand it to you cold.It’s obvious that the boss doesn’t come around much to check on the staff.

With so many cookie chains out there now, Cookie Plug is hands down our family favorite. Great variety and appreciate the selection of less-sweet and keto options for the adults! The staff in Media has always been so friendly and helpful with my autistic son - added bonus.

If you’re looking for a cookie that actually lives up to the hype, Cookie Plug is it. We tried the Good Luv (red velvet Oreo) and the Fire Cracker (s’mores), and both were absolute hits. The texture is thick and doughy but still has that perfect chew, and the flavors are on point, rich, sweet, and indulgent without being over-the-top.Compared to other franchise cookie spots like Crumbl and Insomnia, Cookie Plug clears them. The biggest difference? These actually taste homemade not overly processed or mass-produced like the others. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavors don’t just rely on being overly sweet, and because of that i have to give this spot a 5 star review.That said, at $5 per cookie, they’re definitely on the pricier side, but this isn’t an everyday treat, it’s a worth it splurge when you’re craving something truly decadent. If you’re a cookie lover and haven’t checked them out yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Overall the cookies are really really good. The staff were very kind and quick! The only issue is that I got 2 of the baby bottled drinks- and one was not tightened all the way and spilled in my car on the way home. When I arrived, luckily it was only about half of it- and it was a shame cause it tasted so good! (The purple lemonade)Regardless just check that it’s on and you should be good. I’d def. recommend.Oh did I mention the theme is giving subway surfers in the best way possible.

I bought 4 cookies in total, 2 regular and 2 keto and for the price, honestly not impressed. The keto cookies were burnt and I wasn't able to see that when they packed them to ask for cookies that were not burnt. The texture of the cookies is nice, but for $5 I expect the flavors to be there and they just weren't. The triple chocolate had no chocolate flavor. It's also annoying that the keto cookies are the same price and a third of the weight. I understand the cost of almond flour is much more than regular flour, but with the large cookies being $5 (and definitely not $5 worth of ingredients) i would expect a price break on the keto cookies since the mark up of the regular cookies is so high. I'd rather trek into the city for blueprint cookies. Or even get insomnia cookies. At least their cookies actually taste like the advertised flavor. I really hope this business works on fixing flavor, baking techniques, and adjusts pricing otherwise we won't be back.
