Even my kiddos give their stamp of approval!This chocolate chip cookie has just the right amount of sweetness and is not too rich at all.There is a great crunch without being too crumbly, which as you know can be a big problem with gluten free baked goods.I can’t wait to try them warmed, as suggested by the lovely note in the box :)I highly recommend these cookies and the family behind them!
