Placed a big order for pick up at 720am on 9/20/25. I pulled up at 740am just for the workers to say they didn’t make it because of the hour I placed the order… it shouldn’t matter if I place the order at 1-2am if it’s already paid for it’s already a done deal. What do you mean you ain’t do it cuz of the hour it was place. Obviously it wasn’t a mistake if it’s already paid. Get yall shit together.

I’m writing to file a formal complaint about employee conduct at your 19 n federal hey location on 9/16/25 My husband, who was picking up an Uber order, was verbally abused by an employee named Angielyn . She used profanity and raised her voice at him in front of customers, which was humiliating and unacceptable. I was shocked that has happened to my husband. Very poor customer service she’s has a nasty attitude.

It's my first time in Fort Lauderdale, this was the first place I stopped to have breakfast, and had breakfast there until we went back home.The staff was amazing , even though some morning were different in the sense of foot traffic. They were all great, the food was delicious and the vanilla hazelnut coffe is the best. Can't wait to see you again.

Filthy store, sticky floors. Absolutely zero customer service, worst bagel ever, they charge for extra for butter. My husband’s bagel was dried out no butter. Our Einstein’s bagel in Doral is friendly, clean, and their bagels are good like a bagel ought to be. Definitely our last visit here.

I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED! So instead of graciously simply changing it, she gave me a seriously bad attitude about it, instead of taking it up with Olivia who did it wrong. Terrible customer service. Management should send them for training.
