I got a everything bagel with cream cheese. it was a good bagel. Definitely better than the ones from a grocery store. Prices were not to bad and the service was great. I am not one who really checks receipts but as I was waiting for my bagel I glanced down and saw they gave me the senior discount. I'm 49. guess I looking very good but when they called me to get my order I told the lady that I got my first discount. she replied Not me! and pointed the dude my order. I asked if I gave em the .72 back would they take take discount back. we all had a good laugh and I went home and cried a little and destroyed the evidence.

Stopped in before church and was pleasantly surprised with the food and service. The staff was extremely friendly, eggs cooked on site not frozen and had great flavors in the bagels we got. First time customer and would def come back. Thanks team.

Went through the drive thru and asked for an Oktoberfest bagel and a farmhouse bagel with no ham and no bacon and to have turkey sausage. Instead I get an Oktoberfest, a farmhouse bagel with bacon and ham on it, and a separate sandwich with turkey egg and cheese on a plain bagel. I go in and said I wanted a farmhouse, with no ham and no bacon so just to cover all my bases, I said NO pork products. They gave me a refund for the extra sandwich which scores some points however on the second time of making this sandwich, there was turkey sausage on it and no ham BUT it had bacon on it still. I was already at my destination by the time I realized this and after my friend took a bite of it. There is a reason I specified no pork products but a dietary restriction was ignored twice. Not looking to really come back again.

I request for a thin bagel and 80% of the time it’s not but sometimes it is, sometimes it’s cut in 2 sometimes it’s the whole bagel, sometimes I get chips some times I don’t, sometimes it’s neatly made sometimes it’s thrown together, the combinations are endless. I do love how fast it is and how delicious it is however, just wish it was just right every time.

Just No. I wouldn't come back here at all. I ordered a customized bagel, and I wasn't impressed. I ordered the green chili bagel with avocado spread, and it came with lettuce tomato, egg, and a roasted tomato sauce.. it was so bland! The double fried hash brown was bland.The customer service could've been much better, considering they'd opened two lines, then closed the line when it was my turn to order. It's just the breeding grounds for confusion. Thank God I wasn't in a rush.When the asked for a name, I told him "Beautiful" the cashier suggested they call me "B" for boy, and I spelled the name "Beautiful"..I didn't feel comfortable giving my real name, nor any name I hadn't suggested being called.When they called the name for my order, I came to pick up my order, and there was some sauce on the bag. It looked like ketchup or salsa (neither sauce was put on/in my sandwich)... the highlight of the meal was my blackberry lemonade... it was OK.My overall impression is not a good one. But no worries, I won't come here in the future, unfortunately. The Einstein Bagels in the airport far superseded the expectations of this place in 2019-2022. I don't know if Einstein Bagels is falling apart or if their breakfast doesn't compare to their lunch.My main takeaway is in hoping they'd upgrade their customer service and ingredients, plus work on their sanitation practices. I ran out after I'd eaten because there was a spider crawling on the table. They need a griddle and a line organizer.
