The employee taking my order was friendly and polite. Service was quick and informative but not rushed. Orders were made quickly and delivered to my seat. Orders were accurate. Food was hot and fresh. The bathroom appeared relatively clean but needs a renovation. I recommend and would come back.

Staff is so friendly. Accidentally ordered to wrong store and they didn’t hesitate to coordinate with the other store to get my order ready. Highly recommend!! I order here every week the bagels are amazing!

I don’t usually do reviews I’ve probably done 5 my entire lifetime… but what the heck Einsteins? I LOVE this place one of my favorite breakfast spots but this morning I not only spent $30 (DoorDash ($8) delivery fee too plus tip) on a bagel a hash brown and a coffee I expect to be at least cooked right. Again NEVER had a problem with this place but your ruined my morning my cloves caramel macchiato tastes like straight soap and the bottom of my brisket bagel thing is all slimy and stuck to the wrapper like it was microwaved and my twice baked hashbrown was dry af like COME ON 😭😭😭 I’m so sad

I always pass this place when I’m in Tampa,So today I finally stopped by it was my first time here , Greeted with a smile 😊 Everyone was in such a good mood , I was kinda slow ordering she was so patient with me Lol! Everything was clean and well kept!I barely waited 3 minutes and my order was ready ,The bagels was hot and fresh…Definitely recommended 🙏
