Einstein Bros. Bagels was nearest place that I could get a grilled cheese bagel. Upon viewing the menu I was enticed to try the vegetarian bagel sandwich. Turns out you get a bag of sea salt potatoes chips with the sandwich for $7.99. I opted to have the jalapeno cheddar bagel. It was additional $.90. Great meal for under $10.00. It was delightful!!I may hafto start hitting up Einstein instead of Subway. ;)Great customer service as well.

The managers here do not know how to resolve problems. My coworkers and I were denied a refund after three trips of mistakes on our bagels. They couldn't get a single order correct and refused to give refunds for all three trips we had to take there and never received the correct orders. The manger was rude and had terrible attitude. She refused to give her name or talk directly to me. She talk through one of her employees not to me. Never would return here.

Overall, I love Einstein Bros and in particular, this location is always very reliable. So why the 4-stars? Well, I’ve ventured out and tried some of their unique items lately and have been underwhelmed.Most recently, I tried their Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. Personally, I found it to be one of the worst menu items I’ve ever tried here. The brisket to jalapeño ratio was atrocious. The egg didn’t seem fully heated and the cheese wasn’t melted much at all. The only thing it had going for it was the Smokey Chipotle Aioli.On the other hand, my wife had the Nova Lox Brunch Special and really enjoyed it! Salmon was great and the ratios were perfect! Yes 🙌I also tried the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. It was okay but not something I’m rushing to get again anytime soon.Anyway, should you visit this location, maybe stick to the standard bagels and spreads. Enjoy!

The last 2 times I have ordered from them they charged me for bacon on my bagel and both times I never received it. I called them when I received my THIRD bagel without bacon. So I asked for a refund for the first two bagels and they just said no we will not refund you for the items you've paid for. They said it was never relayed to add bacon and thats completely bull. No one I work with ever lets the correct order. Shady business if ive ever seen one. Go to a different location or different bagel shop. They are incompetent at this one, including the manager,
