I have visited this establishment three times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been less than satisfactory. The first two visits were acceptable, though I found it inconvenient that there was no seating available for customers to wait for their orders. During my most recent visit, I encountered several issues. The young staff member mistakenly handed my order to another customer, who then went through my items before returning it. This situation raised concerns about sanitation, especially since orders are placed in a common area for anyone to grab.Upon receiving my order, I discovered that several items were missing. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, a teenager promptly replaced the missing items. However, upon returning home, I was dismayed to find that one of the bagels was severely burnt—specifically, a $5 bagel. Furthermore, customer service was unhelpful in addressing my concerns.I would strongly recommend considering an alternative establishment that prioritizes both product quality and customer service

Update: I’ve finally got around to this location. Not the cutest location scenery wise but the inside is cute and the workers are so sweet!!! Rating went down one star. The vanilla cream cold brew is DELICIOUS. I ordered two maple house bagels and a brisket bagel. At other locations they do not skimp out on your toppings and portions, but I cannot say the same for here. I spent $30 and got one skinny piece of bacon on each of my maple bagel and a small serving of brisket on the brisket bagel. The cream cheese smears are also kinda thin. This food is pretty pricey and even more expensive through third party apps. I don’t mind paying the price but I would like my portions to match what I’m paying, especially in this economy. I’ll definitely be back though especially since this is the closest location near me. Continue the great work and give us a little 🤏🏾more to look forward to on our bagels.Previous: Haven’t went to this location yet but based on my prior experiences I will give this a 10/10. I’ll actually update when I go. I’m just so happy there’s a location by me!!!

I love going to Einsteins I order from them pretty frequently but this morning it wasn’t the best experience. I went in for breakfast on my way to work when I came in everyone was just standing around and it took a minute for someone to take my order then I asked for no eggs on my bagel and the cashier told them no eggs and they still put eggs on my sandwich . They were having a lot of side bar conversation this morning. I also ordered strawberry cream cheese on a second bagel and I did not even get that then I called up there to speak to a manager and that is when she was unprofessional answered everything as “mhm” then offered me to come to the store to have it remade and that is when I told her I am at work and then she asked me to come after I can’t because they close at 2pm

First time eating at Einstein Bagels and I visited this Conyers location. Absolutely blown away by the hospitable customer service! Clean space and courteous staff. I was so impressed by it all that I asked to speak with the manager. Monique (hopefully spelling correctly) came and spoke with me and as a HR manager myself, I wanted her to know she’s doing an excellent job with her staff and please keep up the good work.
