3/24/25 - Per my review 3 years ago (see below and first photo), I stopped ordering from this Einstein location. However, my son now attends a nearby school, so I decided to try this location again hoping it had changed for the better. It was good in fall 2024 when I first started ordering from this location again, but it has once again gotten worse. See second photo from this morning for the shmear I received in exchange for the $1.89 charge. Even when I took a knife to spread the shmear, it did not cover the entire bagel. Additionally, one lady, who seems to be a manager, gets irritated if I ask for more shmear. She will only give me a tiny to go container of shmear, but I want it on the bagel when I walk out the door. I shouldn't have to add it myself. Looking at the current reviews, I don't think I'm the only one getting irritated with both the service and product. I place my orders in the mobile app so I can grab and go after dropping my son at school. I wonder if the staff is instructed to use as little shmear as possible on mobile orders thinking people won't complain. This "lack of shmear" has been happening to me a lot lately, so I sent a message to corporate via the Einstein website on 3/2/25 about the inconsistency of product at this location. I received a response on 3/21/25 stating, "We are sorry to hear about this mishap." It's not one mishap; it's multiple mishaps. And there was no context about addressing the situation in the store so the "mishap" doesn't continue.My Review 3 Years Ago: I like Einstein, but the past few times I've ordered bagels with schmear, there has barely been any schmear. I'm paying $1.59 extra for this??? See photo.

I’m a little disappointed after my most recent visit to this location. I come here often and normally everyone is so nice. However, this time there was one staff who was maybe just having a rough day but she tossed my bag on the counter. When I got home and opened my bag my bagel looked like this, they couldn’t even be bothered to cut it, like normal. But, there was one young lady that took my order that was so sweet and kind.

This Einsteins has gone downhill since I frequented it in highschool. I went about 2 weeks ago and ordered four bagels (2 with and 2 without shmear). The amount of shmear they put on is laughable at most, it basically only covers the hole in the middle of the bagel.Thinking that this was a one off incident, I went back this morning. Two bagels, one everything with plain shmear, one plain with strawberry shmear. I wait ten minutes for two bagels- only 3 other people at the store. Assuming they burnt the first one while trying to heat it. I walk out of the store and when I get home to open the bag I see one plain bagel with plain shmear and one everything with no shmear at all. If they can’t even make a simple bagel order, I’m not going to waste my time to drive here.Management better get on top of double checking orders. I see a lot of other reviews about shmear amount - don’t charge me 2$ for a spoonful of shmear. Sad.

Had an online mobile order placed for pickup, had to wait 45+ minutes after getting the notification that order will be ready in 15-20mins from the initial order. What’s the point of ordering if I had to come into the store and wait another 45mins to get my order? Only writing this negative review because this is not the first time this has happened. They need to manage this better. Not wasting my time coming at this location now on.
