It’s a nice little quiet place. The bagels are fresh and soft. The coffee needs more work…It’s either too bitter or too weak. Also, the cinnamon rolls…I wouldn’t advise getting those. They are more of a dense crumbly bread. Rather than the doughy soft texture, that true cinnamon rolls should have. And the icing is too much and too sweet.The servers are good. They are all young, so you have to have patience with them.

We have never been to this location in Fairburn before, but this place is awesome! Extremely patient, helpful, and friendly staff. Caramel coffee shakes were delicious, as well as our specialty bagels. Convenient location, easy to find. Might I mention that this place is well kept and inviting. We will definitely be returning!

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and ended up finding my new favorite bagel spot. The bagels? So good—crispy outside, soft and chewy inside, exactly how they should be. Brie—our server—she was awesome. Super friendly, super chill, and gave us great recs without being pushy. You could tell she actually liked being there, which made the whole vibe even better.Honestly, 10/10, we’ll be back next weekend. Might even go again tomorrow.

The store was very clean and the service I received from Destiny was really good. I haven’t eaten at Einstein in a while and she knew the menu and knew what foods I could eat because I have restrictions being Muslim. She recommended the brisket egg sandwich. It was very very good . Great addition to the menu by the way . However I was sad to see the cooked salmon gone . Overall this was a great visit and I will be back!!!!!

I had a great experience during my recent visit. Destiny, the manager, handled an irate customer with incredible professionalism and patience. The customer was upset over a misunderstanding with her order, but Destiny demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills as she calmly explained the situation and did her best to accommodate her.While I waited for my pickup order, Destiny also assisted with my order pickup. The customer I was picking up for wanted a latte, and Destiny took the time to explain that they don't have an espresso machine for traditional lattes. She offered the customer an additional item for the inconvenience and even recommended a drink for me—the strawberry banana smoothie, which turned out to be delicious!I also want to highlight Donovan. He’s consistently pleasant, professional, and displays strong emotional intelligence. I often pick up from this location, and he’s always a reliable, friendly presence. Both Destiny and Donovan are assets to the team!
