This place has always been pretty slow in the drive through, and the food and coffee is what you’d expect for fast food, but today I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me, and ordered a bagel that was so poorly put together and undercooked that it looked like a 4 year old threw it together, even the outside of the wrapper was smeared with sauce and other ingredients. It was cold to the touch and the bagel was soggy after a 5 minute drive home. I ended up throwing it away and just going to another place. I will not be coming back to this location.

Half the time the service is really good, half the time say forget my phone number and today the person who waited on me tried to talk me into just using my receipt to contact them and do it afterwards instead of restarting the system and entering my phone number. I had to wait a really long time with only two cars in front of me and then when I got my sandwich The bagel was incorrect. A substitution is fine but they should definitely tell the customer if they're having to do a substitution.

Husband and I were in the area doing laundry, we wanted to grab a quick breakfast and tried this place; our first time & not our last. Everyone from the drive thru to getting our food was nice, patient, and kind. Bonus, food was delicious too. We ordered a Juice, a mocha drink, the farmhouse bagel sandwich & I got the texas brisket.

Everything seemed to be so good at the drive through window until I tried to take the hot cup of coffee out of the carrier. The lid came off and spilled coffee on my car's seat. I pushed the lid back on tightly and tried to lift the cup again. This time it was worse I tried again to lift the top of the cup out of the carrier, not by the lid, just enough for coffee to spill out on my purse, and all over my car. The coffee burned my fingers and I wasn't able to keep it from spilling everywhere. What an unnecessary accident Einstein Bagels! If you serve hot coffee, then get lids that stay on tightly. I was going to stop buying coffee at Starbucks but I won't be getting it at Einstein. Otherwise everything else I'm hoping will be good.

Just did my first drive thru order but online ordering was easy and quick. The country bagels and gravy egg sandwich was delicious! The bagel was just perfect. The twice baked hashbrown was didferent, the picture online was a bit deceiving but it was still yumm. More like a hashbrown biscuit than actual hasbrown. Will definitely be ordering again.
