Came here for the first time because my complex usually orders from here. The food is amazing and the workers are so kind, even when I came a few minutes before closing. I was super nervous since I came in late and they were so patient with me and the female employee that worked there is so sweet and helpful! I will definitely be coming here again and more often, don’t listen to the negative reviews….my first time experience was great!The vibes were great and the place was clean.

This store needs to be closed! Every time I order from this location it is always something well today my twice baked hash brown was BURNT very badly the sandwich was COLD the bacon was UNCOOKED! I called about this issue and was told to come in later and get my order remade first of all this is breakfast what do I look like ? Train your employees and managers to handle order volume correctly this is high way robbery I’m so disgusted with this store and will never ever order from any location always a nightmare do better that’s the best advice I can give and I was told the store was a complete MESS so yes health hazard as well don’t trust them to make your morning it’s not happening

I have been coming to this location for years & have never bothered to leave a review. Today though, they deserve theirs stars from me. Not only were they speedy (non-morning rush) but the cashier was super awesome putting up with my indecisive self. Let’s not forget that my sandwich was delicious & coffee superb. Dining area was clean. Who ever is running the show here, thank you. We will be back as always

Cinnamon Raisin Bagel: Einstein Bros. was developed by Boston Chicken (Boston Market) in 1995. In 2021, Einstein Bros. announced a merger with Panera Bread and Caribou Coffee to form Panera Brands. I don't typically go for bagels, but I snagged this classic Cinnamon Raisin Bagel at a work meeting. There's nothing special or flashy about it (unlike their tantalizing Maple French Toast Bagel), but it delivers what is expected out of that type of bagel. Pleasant, if not light cinnamon flavor, a moderate amount of raisins, and a satisfyingly chewy texture (I prefer to warm mine in the microwave as opposed to a toaster). It's no better than a frozen cinnamon raisin bagel from my local grocery store and I wouldn't go out of my way to get another, but I would pick it up again at a work meeting. Einstein what happened!! I honestly think they need to replace their toaster machine. This is my second time, and a complete waste. Asked the employee to run the bagels through the toaster twice and they’re barely toasted. If you go to pick n save and purchase a 6 pack and toast them they taste better. I use to love Einstein and try to support, but at this pace it makes sense if business is going down.
