We grabbed a bakers dozen for a worship event. The app had a $10 coupon for the bakers dozen so I was excited since it would have cost $20 without the coupon. I picked my own bagels and got four plain, three garlic, three everything, and three pretzel. I also got the plain cream cheese and the jalapeños salsa. Definitely worth the cost.

Showed this to the cashier. She asked, "is there something wrong with it?" Long story short, I received a new sandwich but the way I was treated was unprofessional. Yuck. I have been coming to this location at least twice a month and the quality of food and service has continued to diminish over time. I won't be back nor do i recommend. Btw the bathroom was a disaster.

I love Einstein’s but every single time I go to this location my order is made wrong. They’ll throw random ingredients in, forget customization requests, leave out sides, and not toast the bagels when requested. The sandwiches are expensive enough that I will ask for them to be remade if it is super wrong but they still don’t fix it and the workers are always mad that you’re in the store to begin with so I don’t even want to go in anymore. I wouldn’t order again until quality improves.

Usually come and stop by for a few coffees and lemonades. Today we came in around noon and the coffee was gone, the worker let me know they were cleaning up so when they close its easier for them to close. I get it But they dont close until 2. Other then that always good here.
