This visit was way better than our last one at another location. The service was friendly, the place was clean, and the food hit the spot, especially the brisket and the bagel sandwich. The hash browns and new flavored lemonades were a nice bonus, making it an overall great experience.

Just need a dozen poppy seeds bagels. Only had 9 but finished it off with cinnamon raisins delicious just as toast and real butter. I want to say Michelle was very helpful and very pleasant. Thank you young lady.

Orders are just always wrong, every time we try. Today, I got a bagel and my husband got a sandwich, and they out the bagel I ordered on his sandwich and gave me a single bagel of what was supposed to be on his sandwich. Quality is also inconsistent.Just a bummer because I love a good bagel, but they can’t get it right.

This is my office's "go-to" bagel shop! We always do a catering order and Lilly, at the front (she might be a manager, i'm not sure) knows me by name & is always super friendly & helpful! Honestly she is amazing! We are excited for bagel day in the office & we will continue to have this be our spot for a long time!
