I made Einstein apart of my every morning routine because how consistently simple it is to come in and get great fast service from people who you can tell enjoy pleasing customers.And shout out to their new General Manager who really made the necessary changes because the store cleanliness and culture wasn’t there before her.

Some of the workers are very clearly putting in more effort than the others. In particular the one with red and black hair and glasses always seems on top of things, she has always been so nice and accommodating and i really appreciate that, she seems to really care about the customers. Everyone else at this location i've interacted with, while some were still super nice i just haven't had anyone seem to go so far out of their way as she does!

My favorite location, and I visit an Einstein’s virtually every day no matter where I am in the country.Norm the baker prepares a great product.Chris the GM keeps the place humming and well staffed.Marlo, Chuck, Mark, Darla and Sara are the core team delivering a great experience.Highly recommend for catering and special eventsCorporate needs to bring back the potato bagel and pumpkin cream cheese for fall.

I am not sure what happen to this Einstein Bagels location 😒 I used to love this location. I haven't been here for a while so I decided to grab a sandwich for lunch. I understand the raise in prices however the food quality went down. What? The inside of the sandwich is ok however the bagel itself, which is supposed to be what they're known for tasted like a day old, not fresh and a bit tough. I wonder if no one eat here anymore and what I got was from leftovers. I ate half of it anyway since I was starving but it was difficult to finish the whole thing 😒 And they don't have a dine-in yet. Aren't we couple years over post pandemic? The staff were very nice and courteous though so I added another star.
